Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
• Inspect vehicles and review service history to accurately identify and verify customer needs.
• Promote appropriate services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating thorough product knowledge.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates for recommended services and obtain customer authorization.
• Monitor service progress and communicate any changes in costs, timelines, or services to customers for approval.
• Manage new and used vehicle warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Confirm service appointments by phone prior to customer arrival and conduct post-repair follow-up.
• Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure services and repairs are correctly completed and communicate results to customers.
• Comply with state and federal laws related to automobile repair and consumer protection.
• Consistently demonstrate behaviors aligned with the company’s values in all interactions.

Work Hours

This is a full-time, in-person position requiring reliable attendance during scheduled business hours.

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a service advisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license for the state of employment and a good driving record.
